Shipping Cost
Orders with multiple items may calculate too high. I will refund any overage.
Shipping Time
I ship within 3 business days of your purchase unless there is a holiday or I am out of town, etc. I will notify you if it will be longer than 3 days. If you need something on an urgent basis email me at pdj@austin.rr.com before you buy and I will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
U.S. Shipping
I ship all jewelry via first class mail, delivery confirmation and insured. I use a third party insurance company so you will not be be able to tell from the package that it has been insured.
International Shipping
All jewelry is shipped by first class mail international and insured.
Jewelry is shipped first class mail international, insured which does not include any kind of tracking. You may request priority mail for an additional charge (varies depending on the number and size of items you order) which will include tracking. To expedite your shipping you may request flat rate priority for 3-5 items (depending on the size of the items) for $15 but this option does not include tracking.
