Navajo Sterling Turquoise Buckle Pauline Begay Vintage

Stunning vintage Navajo sterling and turqoise buckle with a nice piece of deep blue turquoise in the center.  Wonderful metal work and designs with stamped edges. Nice dark patina and believe it to be vintage 1960-80.  Holds a belt up to 1 3/8 inches wide for man a woman. Signed Pauline Begay sterling and weighs 49 grams. She does not appear to do much silver work making this an unusual find for your collection.  The other members of the Begay family's silver work is well known and highly regarded.
