Hallmark ornament recreates the scene when the Wizard promised to fly Dorothy home and then the balloon lifts off without her.  Glinda the Good Witch then reveals the secret of the ruby slippers.  "There's no place like home."  Press a button on back of the ornament to hear Glinda telling Dorothy how to use the slippers.
