Vintage Modernist Sterling Mid-Century Ring

This unique sterling ring has a variety of bead like elements in varying sizes.  Some have a smooth surface and others sort of moon surface look (in my mind).  It is probably of German origin as I have another very similar by a German maker.  I cannot read the mark on this.  I can see maybe "REN ?? Sterling."  This has an adjustable band and due to the hollow underside it fits about 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 US Size.  It measures about 3/4 inch by 1 inch and sits about 1/2 inch from the base to the top.  It is in very good to excellent vintage condition.
